Heideland® poodles have completed their OFA/CHIC health testing moving into the year so that my contributions to the breed are without compromise. Big news on that horizon as we are joined by BluePaw OFA/CHIC certified minis and toys, and welcome the addition of Ch Lemoges Prince Elisha as a sire of future litters.
While many Heideland poodles do well in agility or sport performance that energy direction is not my priority. In terms of character and intelligence our dogs are playful with off switch. Healthy, balanced adn resilient family companions with a great coat is the direction of out breeding program. I continue to have a keen interest in potential therapy and service dogs, but please be clear in your understanding that on top of temperament testing early on, there are many factors that contribute to whether a dog can successfully, and happily, fulfill those roles!
